Biography
Simon Pollak is an associate in the Corporate / M&A Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Munich office. Simon studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich (Germany) and the University of Edinburgh (Scotland). During his tenure at a corporate law chair at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, Simon gained teaching and research experience. He worked on domestic / cross-border M&A transactions in international law firms during his legal clerkship.
Practice Focus
Simon advises domestic and international clients (both buy- and sell-side) on a broad range of (private and public) M&A and private equity transactions, including national and cross-border acquisitions and divestments, transformations and joint ventures.
Besides that, Simon also advises on corporate and capital markets law matters, including advice on corporate reorganizations, management and supervisory board advice, and corporate governance.
