Damiya Park (박담)
Biography
Damiya Park is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Employment & Compensation Practice Group in Chicago. She helps multinational employers navigate an evolving landscape of domestic and international labor and employment law. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Damiya practiced employment litigation and counseling at a firm nationally renowned for its employment law practice and served as a legal extern at The Coca-Cola Co. and AT&T.
Practice Focus
Damiya’s practice focuses on advising employers on a wide spectrum of domestic and cross-border employment matters, including wage and hour compliance, employee classification, restrictive covenants, terminations, and leaves of absence. Damiya also provides due diligence on employment matters in various cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and reorganizations.
