Biography

Laurie Offredo is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Intellectual Property team in Paris. She joined the team in October 2021 after a six-month internship.

Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Laurie completed various internships in international and French firms renowned for their Intellectual Property practices and in the Legal Department of Hynamics, EDF Group’s hydrogen subsidiary.

Laurie has been recognized as a Rising Star by IP Stars in its 2025 release.

Practice Focus

Laurie’s practice focuses on both contentious and non-contentious matters on all intellectual property aspects, including trademarks, copyrights, registered designs as well as unfair competition and passing-off law. She has an in-depth knowledge of know-how/trade secrets and digital copyright and neighboring rights issues. She has also worked on various matters involving transactional and tax issues.
