Paula Melendro
Biography
Paula Melendro is a member of the Energy, Mining and Infrastructure. She focuses on matters of commercial law and public law, particularly infrastructure projects and public procurement.
Practice Focus
Paula is experienced in drafting, negotiation and review of different types of commercial agreements as well as concession agreements and other public agreements.
Currently, Paula advises several clients, private and public entities, on structuring and the development of PPP (public private partnerships) for infrastructure projects and on performance of public procurement matters, including public bidding processes for major projects in Colombia.
