Biography
Siobhan MacLoingsigh is an associate at the Baker McKenzie office in London. She joined the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group in 2023 and focuses on private M&A, private equity and general corporate advisory work.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie in 2023, Siobhan worked in the corporate department of one of Ireland's largest law firms.
