Biography

Sophie Loidolt is an associate of Baker McKenzie's Practice Group Employment Law in Vienna and joined the Firm in December 2023. Before joining Baker McKenzie, she gathered experience as a junior associate in several renowned Austrian law firms, where her main focus was employment law. In addition, Sophie was a tax consultant at a Big Four professional services firm. Sophie studied business law and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and passed the Austrian bar examination in 2023.

Practice Focus

Sophie advises national and international clients on a wide range of individual and collective employment law matters, including employment contracts, transfer of undertakings, restructurings and rights of the works council and unions. She has also expertise in employment litigation and criminal employment law.
