Biography
Erik Kuhn is a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt) working in the Corporate/M&A Practice Group in the Munich office. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie as an associate in 2023, he already gained extensive insights in the areas of corporate law and M&A transactions during his studies and legal clerkship.
Practice Focus
Erik advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate matters. He focuses his practice on corporate structures, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions.
