Biography
Practice Focus
Laila primarily works in the healthcare and energy, mining and infrastructure sectors and has a particular focus on renewable energy and clean technology. She advises (publicly and privately held) corporates, investors, developers on M&A transactions and restructurings and commercial contracting.
Laila has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): Corporate law (Ondernemingsrecht).
Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
