Biography

Kerri Ann is a chartered trade mark attorney and qualified high court litigator in the Intellectual Property team at Baker McKenzie, London. She regularly advises leading global brands on complex trade mark disputes and portfolio strategy and is recognised for her ability to deliver commercially focused outcomes. She has been with the firm since 2016.

Practice Focus

Kerri Ann’s focus is contentious trade mark matters, brand enforcement and portfolio management. She advises across the full lifecycle of trade marks, from clearance to enforcement, and leads multijurisdictional strategies for global brand owners.

She has extensive experience in UK High Court litigation and UK IPO proceedings, including oppositions, invalidity actions and appeals. Her work includes managing complex disputes, leading settlement negotiations, and representing clients at hearings. She has a strong track record in matters involving domain name abuse and company name disputes.

Kerri Ann advises clients across a broad range of sectors, including finance, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, cosmetics and fashion, automotive and tobacco. She also undertakes pro bono work for various charities.
