Karolina Goździkiewicz
Biography
Karolina is an associate in Warsaw Employment & Compensation group. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of University of Warsaw in 2017.
Before joining Baker McKenzie’s Warsaw office in August 2019, she worked at a renowned law firm in Warsaw for three years. She is a Polish qualified lawyer (legal counsel) admitted to the Warsaw Chamber of Legal Advisors.
She has a considerable work experience in the area of employment, compensation and in immigration matters.
Practice Focus
Karolina skillfully assists clients from various industries on all aspects of individual and collective labour law, in particular on hiring staff, terminations and redundancies, employer restructuring processes, internal investigations, compensation and benefits, employment policies, etc.
She also is a main attorney in Warsaw office responsible for advising in immigration matters, focusing on assistance in legalization proceedings of citizens of Ukraine and Belarus.

- Advising on various HR matters, including employee policies and top executives’ compensation schemes.
- Supporting a provider of biopharmaceutical services in obtaining residence authorization for Ukrainian citizens displaced due to the war,
- Conducting due diligence processes and HR audits for clients from various sectors.
