Biography
Yannick Filoda is an associate in the Baker McKenzie office in Düsseldorf and a member of the Intellectual Property and Information Technology practice groups.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie as an associate in the winter of 2024, Yannick worked for two different international consulting companies for several years, gaining significant experience in all areas of IT and IP law. In this role he advised on all aspects of technology, data protection and IP law and worked on large IT infrastructure and migration projects.

Practice Focus
Yannick’s practice focuses on IP/IT matters in M&A transactions, complex IP/IT related projects and contracts and IT outsourcing projects. He has significant experience in a broad range of transaction types, including domestic and international acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures and private equity transactions, and carve-out scenarios and complex IP/IT-related agreements.
