Practice Focus
Victoria's practice focuses on intellectual property, data and technology, and artificial intelligence. She counsels domestic and multinational companies at all stages of their lifecycle in navigating complex issues involving intellectual property and technology matters including licensing, development, and collaboration agreements, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring (with a particular focus on strategy and policy).
Victoria works with public and private clients across a wide range of industries including consumer goods & retail, energy, mining & infrastructure, healthcare & life sciences, hotels, resorts & tourism, and technology, media & telecommunications.

Drafted development and license agreements for a major medical device company in connection with the enhancement of its healthcare digital platform solutions.

Advised a global hotel chain on the licensing, technology, data privacy, and security aspects of a partnership with a multinational hotel chain and related agreements.
