Victoria Fanous

Victoria's practice focuses on intellectual property, data and technology, and artificial intelligence. She counsels domestic and multinational companies at all stages of their lifecycle in navigating complex issues involving intellectual property and technology matters including licensing, development, and collaboration agreements, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring (with a particular focus on strategy and policy).

Victoria works with public and private clients across a wide range of industries including consumer goods & retail, energy, mining & infrastructure, healthcare & life sciences, hotels, resorts & tourism, and technology, media & telecommunications.

• Drafted development and license agreements for a major medical device company in connection with the enhancement of its healthcare digital platform solutions.

• Advised a global hotel chain on the licensing, technology, data privacy, and security aspects of a partnership with a multinational hotel chain and related agreements.

• Advised a public software company in connection with the intellectual property aspects of the outsourcing of a portion of its workforce to a global information technology services and consulting company.

• Provided consultation to the AURELIUS Group on the US intellectual property aspects of its acquisition of LSG Group from Lufthansa.
