Biography
Monica Chao is an experienced IP lawyer who has assisted clients with a vast array of IP litigation, especially in the luxury goods, high-tech and consumer goods industries. Her practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property matters — trademark, copyright and competition litigations, licensing and prosecution, etc. — and covers brand protection, brand enforcement and new IP Tech issues.
