A new Law360 article authored by Baker McKenzie’s Elizabeth Ebersole, JT Charron, Nadège Dallais, Matthias Köhler, Caroline Burnett and Autumn Sharp explores how AI is becoming a central issue in labor relations an how multinational employers can proactively navigate this evolving landscape.
The authors detail how employee representative bodies in the United States and Europe are responding to the rapid adoption of AI in the workplace with increasing urgency.
