Baker McKenzie advised DBS Asia Capital Limited as the financial adviser to the offeror, Victory III Co., Ltd, in connection with the privatization of Vesync Co., Ltd (Stock Code: 2148) ("Vesync") by way of a scheme of arrangement under section 86 of the Companies Act (2025 Revision) of the Cayman Islands. The shares of Vesync were delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 7 May 2025.

Vesync is principally engaged in designing, developing and selling small home appliances under its own brand names Levoit, Cosori, Etekcity and Pawsync.
