Baker McKenzie advised the seller on the sale of a majority stake in Stars in Town AG ("Stars in Town") to Gadget abc Entertainment Group ("Gadget Group").

Stars in Town AG operates a music festival in Schaffhausen. The traditional "Stars in Town" festival in Schaffhausen has been in a close partnership with the Gadget Group for many years. Now, the festival is joining the group, gaining direct access to its network and benefiting from expanded opportunities, particularly in booking, ticketing, marketing and sponsorship. Stars in Town, with its deep regional roots, represents a sustainable reinforcement for the Gadget Group. 

Baker McKenzie advised the seller on all legal aspects of the transaction.
