Hesam Mirzai
Biography
Hesam Mirzai is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Zurich office and a member of the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Hesam graduated from the University of Zurich with a Master's degree in Law. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked as a trainee at the District Court of Zurich, and as a research assistant at the University of Zurich. He was admitted to the Zurich bar in 2022 and joined the Firm in the same year.

Hesam advises domestic and international clients in the areas of corporate and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law.
