Baker McKenzie advises Swiss Prime Site Immobilien AG on the acquisition of the prime office property "Fifty-One" located in Zurich-West

Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised Swiss Prime Site Immobilien AG ("Swiss Prime Site") on the acquisition of the prime office property "Fifty-One" at Pfingstweidstrasse 51 in Zurich-West. The LEED Gold-certified building comprises a usable floor space of approximately 21,000 m² and 88 parking spaces. It generates an annual rent of around CHF 7 million and is leased to Swisscom on a long-term basis.

Baker McKenzie advised Swiss Prime Site on the legal and tax aspects of the acquisition.
