Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised B+G Schweiz AG, a company backed by Swiss investors Patrimonium Private Equity and EGS Beteiligungen AG and leading gardening and landscaping company in Switzerland, on its acquisition of Hasler Gartenbau GmbH ("Hasler Gartenbau") based in Zuzgen, canton of Aargau.
B+G Schweiz AG, based in Kiesen, canton of Berne, is the largest gardening and landscaping company in Switzerland. The company focuses on professional consulting, planning, construction and maintenance of gardens and sports facilities for companies, private individuals and public institutions. The company has a strong foothold in Switzerland and employs over 400 people.
Hasler Gartenbau was founded in 1999 and has since developed into one of the leading gardening companies in northwest Switzerland. It offers a wide range of services in the areas of garden planning, horticulture and garden maintenance and employs about 50 people.
Baker McKenzie advised B+G Schweiz AG on all legal aspects of the acquisition.
