Baker McKenzie legal advisor to Carnegie in Nimbus' directed primary issuance of shares

Nimbus Group has carried out a directed primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 79 million in which the subscription price was set though an accelerated bookbuilding procedure. 

Nimbus Group manufactures and sells recreational motorboats under seven different brands; Alukin, Aquador, Bella, Falcon, Flipper, Nimbus and Paragon Yachts. The company's sales take place via dealership networks and the largest markets are the Nordics, Europe and the USA. In 2022, the group had a turnover of SEK 1,751 million and had 423 employees. Operations are conducted in Sweden, Finland, Poland, England, Norway and the USA.

Carnegie acted as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Carnegie with a capital markets team consisting of Henric Roth and Olof Larsson
