NP3 Fastigheter AB (publ) has carried out a primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 632,5 million where the subscription price was determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure.

NP3 is a cash flow oriented real estate company focusing on commercial and high yielding investment properties, mainly in northern Sweden. As of 31 December 2022 the property portfolio comprised 1,950,000 square meters lettable area distributed over 488 real estate properties within the segments retail, industrial, logistics, offices and others. The property portfolio is divided into eight business areas: Sundsvall, Gävle, Dalarna, Östersund, Umeå, Skellefteå, Luleå and mid-Sweden. The property value as of 31 December 2022 amounted to SEK 19,805m.

ABG Sundal Collier, Nordea and Swedbank acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to the Joint Bookrunners with a capital markets team consisting of Joakim Falkner, Johanna Flink and Sophie Gidlund.
