Baker McKenzie legal advisor to Pareto Securities in Adtraction's primary issuance of shares

Adtraction Group AB (publ) has carried out a primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 100 million where the subscription price was determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure.

Adtraction is a leading platform in digital marketing via partners in the Nordics. The platform that Adtraction develops and operates connects advertisers, who want to increase their sales, with various forms of partners, such as digital magazines, influencers, bloggers, forums, mobile apps and price comparison sites, who want to generate revenue based on their content and their visitors. Adtraction works with advertisers in e-commerce and finance.

Pareto Securities acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Pareto Securities with a capital markets team consisting of Joakim Falkner, Olof Larsson and Sophie Gidlund.
