Baker McKenzie legal advisor to Pareto Securities in Rebellion Capital's primary issuance of shares of SEK 200 million

Rebellion Capital has completed a primary issuance of shares of SEK 200 million to new and existing investors.  The subscription price was determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure. 

Rebellion Capital is a venture builder based in Stockholm, Sweden, and a portfolio company of Esmaeilzadeh Holding AB ("EHAB"). EHAB is an investment company that manages and establishes acquisition-oriented companies in several sectors and deep niches, with a net asset value of approximately SEK 4.5 billion.

Pareto Securities acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Pareto Securities with a Capital Markets team consisting of Joakim Falkner, Nanna Trulsson and Erik Holmgren.
