Our Real Estate Finance Practice is a dedicated team within our Global Banking & Finance and Global Real Estate practices. Working across borders and practice areas, we advise arrangers and financial institutions, as well as borrowers including developers, funds and REITs.
Our expertise includes complex cross-border property and portfolio financing transactions, sales of performing and non-performing loan portfolios, loan modifications, refinancings, workouts, loan syndications and participations. We also work closely with our tax colleagues to provide structuring advice.
