Vladimir Zivkovic
Biography
Vladimir Zivkovic is a Counsel in Baker McKenzie's European Transfer Pricing team. He has 15+ years of experience in transfer pricing, supply chain structuring and value chain analysis projects. Vladimir started his career in Canada in 2008 and relocated to the Netherlands in 2011. He is a member of Baker McKenzie's Global Reorgs and Consumer Goods & Retail groups.
Practice Focus
Vladimir's practice focuses on the transfer pricing aspects of supply chain structures, business restructurings and post-acquisition integrations.
Vladimir's experience includes transfer pricing planning, design and documentation, comparable searches, financial modelling and tax strategies, treasury and intra-group financial transactions, price setting and implementation of transfer pricing policies, transfer pricing analyses in connection with business restructuring projects, IP planning as part of post-acquisition integrations and assistance to companies in Advance Pricing Agreement procedures as well as transfer pricing audits.
