Biography

Dr. Harasch Yakubi is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Berlin office and a member of the German Labor Law Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked for an international law firm in Düsseldorf. Harasch spent his legal traineeship in the jurisdiction of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf and passed his second state exam in Düsseldorf in 2018. Prior to that he studied law at the University of Münster and the University of Maastricht (Netherlands).

Practice Focus

Harasch advises domestic and international clients on all labor and employment law-related matters, such as terminations and drafting employment contracts. He also counsels companies on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and works council issues. Harasch also represents companies in labor court proceedings in Germany.
