Biography
Heleen Vrolijk is a legal director and candidate civil-law notary in the corporate group working for Baker McKenzie since 2007. She concentrates on corporate governance, ESG and cross-border corporate restructurings. In the latter area she has vast experience advising multinationals on carve-outs, pre-transaction restructurings, post-acquisition integrations, legal entity rationalizations and the establishment of investment structures.
Practice Focus
Heleen mostly works for international companies to implement complex cross-border reorganizations efficiently while ensuring compliance with local and international legal requirements. She is part of the reorganizations team in Amsterdam that focuses on international reorganizations and business transformation projects. Heleen's practice also involves corporate governance at a subsidiary level.
