Biography

Heleen joined Baker McKenzie Amsterdam in 2007 as a candidate civil-law notary and is a legal director in the Corporate Structures department of Baker McKenzie Amsterdam. She is member of Baker McKenzie's Tier 1 – International Business Reorganizations Practice Group and was seconded to the corporate secretarial department of a global pharmaceutical client for six months. Before joining Baker McKenzie Amsterdam, she was a student intern at the Baker McKenzie office in San Francisco.

Practice Focus

Heleen Vrolijk specializes in (international) corporate reorganizations, corporate governance and company law advisory work for private companies.

She works on multinational projects for globally operating clients concerning corporate governance, such as corporate sustainability (CSRD), corporate legal compliance, carve-outs and (post-acquisition) legal entity integrations.
