Biography
Tijn Valk is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Amsterdam office, where he advises on employment law as well as employment law litigation. Tijn joined the firm in 2017.
Practice Focus
Tijn assists human resources departments of multinationals as well as the boards of small and medium-sized enterprises in employment law matters. He also provides legal support to clients going through the process of collective dismissals, Works Council related issues and (de)merger activities. Tijn also advises in cases relating to illness, poor performance files and dismissal cases.
