Michel advises clients on corporate finance, covering public and private mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions. He also advises on other general corporate law matters, such as corporate governance matters and corporate restructurings. He works with companies in a variety of sectors and industries.

Michel also assists clients in relation to the foreign investment screening mechanism in Belgium.

• Advised GN Group, one the world leaders in intelligent audio solutions, on its acquisition of a Belgian company active in the gaming industry.

• Advised Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a US private equity firm, on its acquisition of SiPM.

• Advised Dovesco, a Belgian private equity firm, on its acquisition of the Narviflex group.

• Advised Fund+, one of the largest Belgian life sciences funds, on its investment in EyeD Pharma.

• Assisted an international-listed consulting group in the internal group restructuring of their Belgian activities.

• Advised a Belgian-based company active in the development of purification solutions in a group corporate reorganization.
