Biography

Allison is a member of the Firm's Antitrust & Competition Practice Group, based in Washington, DC. Prior to joining the Firm, Allison worked as an associate for another multinational law firm and also clerked for the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Practice Focus

Allison routinely advises clients across industries on a full range of antitrust matters including litigation, investigation, and transactional matters.

Representative Legal Matters

Prior to joining the Firm, Allison worked on the following matters:

  • Represented multiple individual manager-level defendants in connection with various DOJ criminal antitrust investigations in the construction and shipping industries.
  • Represented Google LLC in the Google News investigation brought by the Competition Commission of India.
  • Represented Twitter and Netflix in multiple lawsuits brought by advertisers alleging Meta brands monopolize social media advertising.
  • Represented the CEO of a major publishing house in a bid-rigging investigation into the business.
  • Represented the target corporations in Google, LLC's acquisition of Mandiant, Inc. and Thoma Bravo Fund XV-A, L.P.'s acquisition of ForgeRock, Inc.
