Nihal Senel
Biography
Nihal Senel is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Intellectual Property team in Paris, which she joined in September 2025 after completing two six-month internships with the firm.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Nihal completed internships with an industrial property attorney firm and within the legal department of Maison Lanvin.
Practice Focus
Nihal assists French and international clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, both in advisory and contentious matters. Her practice covers trademarks, copyright, designs, as well as unfair competition and passing-off law. She also advises on transactional matters involving intellectual property assets. She regularly assists clients in the luxury, fashion, cosmetics and consumer goods sectors.
