Raphael Schneuwly
Biography
Raphael Schneuwly is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Zurich office and a member of the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions and Banking & Finance practice groups. He joined the Firm in March 2020 as a trainee lawyer and rejoined as an associate in November 2022 after having passed the Zurich bar exam in June 2022. Raphael graduated with a Master's degree in Law from the University of Zurich, after having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland).

Raphael advises domestic and international clients in the areas of corporate and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law.
