Biography
Katharina Schiretz is an associate in the Baker McKenzie Capital Markets / M&A Practice Group. She pursued her studies at Sciences Po Paris and the University of Graz, where she also worked at the Institute for Legal Foundations.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie Katharina gained valuable experience in leading law firms in Vienna where she advised on cross-border merger proceedings.
Practice Focus
Katharinas practice focus lies on ESG and sustainable industries. She advices Austrian, EU and non-EU clients on multi-jurisdictional transactions with particular expertise in capital markets, M&A, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate law matters.
