Biography
Germán is a lawyer who graduated from Pontificia universidad Javeriana with post-graduate studies in procedural law, labor and employment law at the Universidad del Rosario and Universidad Javeriana.
He specializes in labor and employment law, he was in the consulting area of the firm López & Asociados, advising national and international clients on legal issues of employment law and labor relations. Additionally, he has experience in the retail sector, being part of the Labor Relations team of Falabella Retail as labor relations coordinator.
