Ludivine Naulleau
Biography
Ludivine Naulleau is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Department, working in the Paris office, which she joined in 2024. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since January 2025.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, she was a legal advisor to a French public institution in charge of the public transfusion service, focusing on the regulatory and contractual framework for research projects and projects related to the re-use of human biological samples to manufacture in vitro diagnosis medical devices.
Practice Focus
Ludivine advises French and international healthcare and life sciences companies throughout the life cycle of health products (e.g. medicinal products, medical devices, in vitro diagnostic medical devices, food supplements, cosmetics, narcotics) and services, from R&D to commercialization. She has been assisting notably regarding manufacturing and commercialization challenges (e.g. research and clinical trials, marketing authorization, CE-marking, vigilances, required permits/pharmaceutical establishment licenses, promotion). She is also involved in life sciences transactional deals.
Representative Legal Matters
- Advised Safe Life on the acquisition of France DAE, one the French leaders in the distribution of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), first aid equipment, and medical supplies.
