Virginie Louvigné is a member of the Tax and Real Estate practice groups in Baker McKenzie's Paris office. She joined the Firm in 2006 and became a partner in the Paris office in 2015. She had the opportunity to serve as counsel to a leading French independent business law firm in 2014.
Ms. Louvigné focuses her practice on general and international taxation within the real estate sector. She mainly assists French and foreign investors on their real estate transactions and has developed a specific practice focusing on the taxation of regulated investment vehicles (i.e., French REITs or OPCIs). She is also knowledgeable about tax issues related to development and construction projects.
