Juan David López is a senior associate at Baker McKenzie, focusing on foreign exchange, customs and foreign trade matters. He has more than ten years of experience in the private sector as an advisor to foreign investors and domestic companies in various economic sectors. His career has focused on recurring advice in his areas of practice, the qualification of new Free Trade Zones and the legal representation of companies in trade defense measures and litigation in both administrative and judicial proceedings.
Juan David has more than eight years of experience in customs, foreign exchange and foreign trade. He has advised companies in the maritime, aeronautical, BPO, retail and automotive industries, among others.
