Practice Focus
Hugo is an experienced real estate lawyer, who advises on all aspects of UK property law in respect of a broad range of assets including business parks, office blocks, logistics centers, sheds, hotels and mixed use development sites.
His particular focus is on investment and development and he regularly advises investors, developers and funders on the acquisition and disposal of property (either by way of asset sales or within corporate wrappers) and development and development funding opportunities by way of forward sale transactions, forward funding arrangements and income strips.
He also regularly advises on pre-lets, real estate finance and promotion arrangements.
