Puck Hurkens is an associate within the Baker McKenzie Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Commercial Practice Group in Amsterdam. Puck is also a member of the Firm's multidisciplinary Privacy Team.
Practice Focus
Puck's practice focuses on the broad spectrum of laws and regulations that apply in the digital and online environment. She advises international clients on matters related to (e)privacy and data protection, intellectual property, commercial contracting, platform liability and digital media and communications.
