Biography

Arian Grüner is a member of Baker McKenzie's Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Law Practice Group. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie in 2021, he worked in the Life Sciences group of an international law firm in Berlin. In addition to his legal qualification, Arian is also a licensed physician. In this capacity, he was employed in the field of transfusion medicine at the German Red Cross and completed his doctorate degree at the medical faculty of the University of Leipzig.

Practice Focus

Arian advises national and international clients on all aspects of medicinal product and medical device law. In particular, Arian provides legal advice on regulatory issues regarding market access, manufacturing, distribution, advertising and reimbursement of medicinal products and medical devices. Arian also has experience in narcotics (including medical cannabis), cosmetics and food law.
