Oliver Feslier Holmes
Biography
Oliver is a senior associate in the Firm's Corporate Practice Group in London. He advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and investments.
Oliver's practice covers a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on TMT, digital infrastructure and private equity real estate.

Advised Google on the USD 1 billion acquisition of its London headquarters from Legal & General, Mitsubishi and ReAssure.

Advised Equinix, Inc. on the structuring, negotiating, investment into and operation of its xScale joint ventures across the globe including:
- USD 600 million joint venture with PGIM Real Estate to develop and operate xScale data centres in Silicon Valley, USA;
- USD 525 million joint venture with GIC to develop and operate xScale data centres in South Korea;
- USD 3.9 billion joint venture with GIC to develop and operate xScale data centres in Europe and Central America;
- USD 575 million joint venture with PGIM Real Estate to develop and operate xScale data centres in Australia;
- USD 1 billion joint venture with GIC to develop and operate xScale data centres in Japan; and
- USD 1 billion joint venture with GIC to develop and operate xScale data centres in Europe.

Advised Astorg on its acquisition of a majority stake in Sofico, a leading European provider of software solutions and services for the automotive leasing and mobility industry, and its joint venture arrangements with Apheon.
