Bridget Doyle
Biography
Bridget Doyle is an associate in the Transactional Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Chicago office, where she serves as a member of the office's pro bono committee. Bridget has been with the Firm since she first joined as a summer associate in 2020.
Practice Focus
Bridget works with clients on a range of corporate matters, including cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advice and governance, corporate reorganizations and other strategic transactions. She has represented clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, consumer products and technology.
Representative Legal Matters
- Advised Vandemoortele, a leading European family-owned food group, in its strategic partnership with Banneton Bakery, a high-quality manufacturer of premium freezer-to-oven croissants, Danishes and pastries in North America.
- Advised Newly Weds Foods, a food products company operating in over 90 countries, on its USD 4.0 billion plus sale to Redwood Holdings, a family-owned holding company.
- Advised Kao Corporation, a Japanese public company, on its AUS $400M plus acquisition of Bondi Sands, an Australia-based sun product company, and other transactions.
- Advised MiddleGround Capital in multijurisdictional carve-out of PVI Holdings and W&O Supply from Pon Holdings.
- Advised Accel-KKR and its portfolio companies as international counsel on a series of cross-border investments, including investments in AppSpace and Loftware.
- Advised Arxada, a portfolio company of Bain Capital and Cinven, in the divestiture of its hydrazine business.
- Advised Edelman Financial Engines, a leading independent financial planning and investment management firm, in its acquisitions of Erman Retirement Advisory Inc. and Soundmark Wealth Management, LLC.
