Johana has extensive experience advising clients on general labor matters, more specifically on compensation and benefits, restructuring and terminations, labor audits, hiring of international employees and their respective work permits and visas as well as transfers of employees to companies abroad.
She has extensive experience in labor litigation and administrative proceedings and, ultimately, in the mediation of labor, social security and occupational health and safety disputes.
