Maeva Dan
Biography
Maeva Dan is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Geneva office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Investigations, Compliance & Ethics departments. She studied law at the Universities of Geneva and Zurich.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked as an associate in a major law firm in Geneva.
Maeva was admitted to the bar in 2022.
Practice Focus
Maeva assists and represents Swiss and foreign clients in national and cross-border complex litigation. She advises individual and corporate clients on commercial and criminal law matters, in particular in white-collar crime.
Other areas of her practice include internal investigation and compliance.
