Biography
Shania Vie T. Bautista is an associate in Quisumbing Torres' Corporate & Commercial / M&A Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate in a full service law firm in the Philippines specializing in corporate and commercial transactions, litigation and arbitration.
Shania obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2023.
Practice Focus
Shania's practice focuses on general corporate and commercial law, including doing business concerns and corporate counselling and governance. She also assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign direct investments, and other commercial transactions.
