Biography

Ivan Atochin is an associate in the Firm's Zürich office where he is a member of the International Tax and Global Wealth Management practice groups.

Ivan assists institutional and individual clients with US and international tax, wealth planning, and regulatory matters.

Practice Focus

Ivan's practice is focused on providing a diverse array of clients with legal assistance in interdisciplinary multijurisdictional matters, including cross-border planning, dispute prevention and resolution, and tax and regulatory compliance. Ivan has also materially participated in investigations with respect to sanctions compliance, anti-competitive behavior, and other enforcement matters, regularly leveraging his language skills in the legal context.
