Biography

Adam Aft is a partner in Baker McKenzie's North America Privacy and Technology practice group in Chicago. Adam also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Leslie H. Southwick of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable Theresa L. Springmann of the US District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.

Practice Focus

Adam represents clients on a variety of technology, outsourcing and other commercial transactions. Experienced in a broad range of technology and intellectual property transactions, his practice covers structuring and drafting outsourcing agreements, technology and software licenses, telecommunication agreements, cloud transactions, and other agreements involving information technology, intellectual property rights and other strategic assets.
