Abanoub Malak focuses on litigation and arbitration, representing both national and international clients in complex disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals. His practice includes high-profile matters with significant national and cross-border implications. He has advised across a wide range of legal areas, including construction, real estate, distribution, executive employment, insolvency, and liability.
In addition to his dispute resolution work, he regularly advises on litigation preparedness, financing strategies, and litigation-related public communications. His international practice is further supported by a strong network in the Middle East.
Abanoub is also a certified Compliance Officer (Austrian Standards) and advises clients on regulatory matters, internal investigations, and the implementation of effective compliance frameworks.
