10 lawyers from leading global law firm Baker McKenzie have been named in this year’s Lexology Index for Franchising. The Firm was also ranked amongst the top five firms globally, according to the broader report.
Lexology Index: Franchising shines the spotlight on the most pre-eminent franchise lawyers around the world. The index explains that, "They have been recommended for their experience advising franchisors and franchisees alike in complex matters relating to franchise agreements, system structuring, strategic expansion, IP matters and disputes."
Baker McKenzie partner Will Woods, who specializes in US and global franchise, distribution and brand expansion matters, was named in the index as a Global Elite Thought Leader, which lists best of the best across its research, achieved by only around 5% of listed practitioners.
