Baker McKenzie has advised the lead arrangers and lenders on the financing for the acquisition of New Babylon in The Hague acquired by funds managed by private equity firm Capreon.  

The Capreon funds acquired New Babylon in an all-share acquisition from PFA, Denmark’s largest pension fund, and HANNOVER LEASING, a German-based investment and asset manager.
